You will receive an Order Confirmation Email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@bijouone.hk
If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bijouone.hk , with your Order Confirmation Email.
Once your order has been submitted to our warehouse, it can no longer be changed.
How can i track my order?Soon after your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email with the information of the courier used and the tracking number of your order in it.
Do i have to pay taxes and duties?Import tax and duties may be applicable, depending on the destination country. You are responsible for all import tax and duties.
The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.
How long should my battery last?
Your battery should last approximately one year.
I need to replace my battery, can you recommend where to get it done?
You can have the battery replaced at a reputable watch repair shop. Contact us if you need guidance about your specific watch model.
How should I care for my leather strap?
Keep the leather strap away from water and limit prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Perspiration and wear can affect its condition over time.
How long should my strap last?
To maintain the intended aesthetic of your watch we recommend replacing leather straps every nine to twelve months.
My order is incorrect or damaged, who should I contact?
Contact info@bijouone.hk promptly with a description of the issue and relevant photos or videos if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. BIJOUONE will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
What warranty do you provide?
Watches purchased from bijouone.hk come with a one-year warranty covering the movement from the date of purchase. BIJOUONE provides free repair services for defects covered by this warranty.

What does atm mean?
ATM stands for atmospheres and expresses a watch’s water-resistance pressure rating. It is not a statement of the depth at which the watch can safely be used.
3ATM - Splash / rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work and submerging under water.
5ATM - Splash / rain resistant. Suitable for light water exposure. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work and submerging under water.
If watches with the leather band, we strongly advised avoiding contact with water and any kind of submersion of the watch at all times.
