Shipping Information

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment.

Delivery time times and costs will be indicated prior to confirming your order depending on the service you may choose.

All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced. As soon as your order leaves the BIJOUONE warehouse in China, a tracking number will be issued via email. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact us at info@bijouone.hk

Hongkong
All HK orders are sent via an S.F Express. It usually takes 1-2 business day to arrive.

China
All CN orders are sent via an S.F. Express. It usually takes 3-4 days to arrive.

Rest of the World
All R.O.W. orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express couriers.
Average delivery time is 5–7 business days, excluding customs clearance time, taxes, and duties.

Please note that delivery time to the United States may vary due to current customs and tariff policies.

Orders to the U.S. are shipped via USPS due to recent tariff changes.

*The estimated delivery time is based once an order leaves our warehouse.
* If express delivery (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS) is not available for your destination, we will ship via standard international postal service instead.

 
Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is destroy or return at customs, the customer will be responsible for all the cost (item value or cost of return shipping).

Taxes and duties applicable to your order depending on the shipping country of your order:

Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from Express shipping company or your local post. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to purchase completion.
