DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment.
Delivery time times and costs will be indicated prior to confirming your order depending on the service you may choose.
All packages have a tracking number so the package can be traced. As soon as your order leaves the BIJOUONE warehouse in China, a tracking number will be issued via email. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order please contact us at info@bijouone.hk
Hongkong
All HK orders are sent via an S.F Express. It usually takes 1-2 business day to arrive.
China
All CN orders are sent via an S.F. Express. It usually takes 3-4 days to arrive.
Rest of the World
International orders outside the United States are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other express couriers. Delivery times vary. Average transit time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, excluding customs clearance time.
Orders to the United States are shipped via USPS. Delivery times to the United States may vary due to customs clearance and tariff policies.
*The estimated delivery time is based once an order leaves our warehouse.
*If express delivery is unavailable for your destination, we will use standard international postal service instead. Delivery times for postal services may differ from the express delivery estimate.
Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During such instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Please note that prices do not include international taxes and tariffs. The customer is responsible for paying taxes and tariffs on the declared value of international orders. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is destroy or return at customs, the customer will be responsible for all the cost (item value or cost of return shipping).

For orders shipped to the United States, import duties are prepaid and collected at checkout. For other destinations, BIJOUONE does not collect import duties or taxes at checkout; any applicable charges are collected by customs or the carrier. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost prior to purchase completion.
